Andrea D. Wilson is a children’s book author and creative storyteller whose work encourages young readers to embrace their uniqueness and find the magic in everyday moments. She is the creator of the Little Aries Discovers series, a collection of heartwarming stories featuring a spirited young girl named Aries. Guided by her magical lightbulb necklace, Aries learns meaningful lessons about courage, kindness, responsibility, curiosity, and self-acceptance in each enchanting adventure.

The idea for the Little Aries Discovers series was inspired by Andrea’s mother, Arleen A. Wilson, whose encouragement helped bring the vision to life. The main character, Aries, is inspired by Andrea’s daughter, Aries, whose curiosity, creativity, and energy shape the heart of every story. Together, Andrea and her family including her daughter, Aries, and her co-parent, Angela brainstorm ideas about what Aries might discover next, making the series a true family collaboration rooted in love and imagination.

Inspired by her experiences as a mother, Andrea crafts stories that resonate with young readers while celebrating individuality and growth. Through vibrant storytelling and relatable characters, she empowers children to navigate life’s everyday challenges with confidence, curiosity, and compassion.

Andrea is also the founder of ADW Publishing House, a platform dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and sharing stories that inspire, entertain, and uplift.

When she’s not writing, Andrea enjoys coaching and cheering on her daughter at basketball games, exploring new creative projects, and finding moments of everyday magic that spark her next story idea.
